Our Story

Wheat Bunny is a home baker located in Singapore where baking is our passion. Our principle is simple: great bread needs only unbleached flour, salt, and water—slow-fermented sourdough. All our bakes are freshly baked per order. We take this philosophy to all our baking, keeping ingredients simple. Perfect for any meal, snack, or gift. We love sharing our enthusiasm with more people.

Our Process

5-Year-Old Starter

Our sourdough is leavened with a mature starter that has been carefully nurtured for over 5 years, developing deep, complex flavors unique to Wheat Bunny.

21-26 Hour Fermentation

Each loaf undergoes a slow, cold fermentation lasting 21 to 26 hours. This extended process develops the signature tangy flavor and open crumb structure.

Elevated Nutrition

Long fermentation breaks down phytic acid, making nutrients more bioavailable. Our bread is easier to digest and packed with natural goodness.

Whole Wheat Blend

Our unbleached bread flour is mixed with whole wheat, creating earthy, nutty notes and extra fiber while maintaining a light, airy crumb.
